If you want a new photo for 25/26 we recommend you UPDATE YOUR PHOTO ASAP. We reserve the right to print and mail passes as time allows at any point after the purchase. Pass profiles without a photo will not be printed. Passes will be printed with the photograph we have on file at the time of printing. Once the pass is printed there is a $10 REPRINT FEE regardless of the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase.

Season Pass Stored Credit Policy

  • Season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and sold on a NON-REFUNDABLE BASIS.
  • WMR will make reasonable considerations for a stored credit request due to:
      1. An injury or medical condition with note from a medical professional indicating an inability to ski or ride for the remainder of the season;
      2. Military deployment;
      3. Pass-holder is required to move more than 150 miles out of the area due to work.
  • NO OTHER REASONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
  • Supporting documentation must be supplied at the time of request for reimbursement.  Requests submitted without supporting documentation will automatically be disqualified and a new submission will be required.
  • Qualifying requests will be subject to our pass credit policy
  • See detailed policy and to submit a request at Pass Credit Policy. Submission of a request does not guarantee a credit will be approved.
  • Please note: Only Season passes with fewer than 8 uses will be considered for stored creditRequests with more than 8 uses will be automatically denied.

*Please note that the 3% Big Mountain Resort Area District tax goes into effect June 1, 2025 and will be applied to your second payment.|

Purchase of this product will enroll you in our 2 payment plan. The second payment will be automatically collected on the 1st of November using the card from enrollment. If you need to update or change the credit card for the second payment, it will need to done directly in your estore account under 'payment plan'.

If we cannot collect the 2nd payment, we will put the funds from the initial installment into a stored value on your account. Funds will not be returned to you. If you decide you still want a season pass, you will need to purchase it at the current sale price, early season pricing will not be honored.
