If you want a new photo for 25/26 we recommend you UPDATE YOUR PHOTO ASAP. We reserve the right to print and mail passes as time allows at any point after the purchase. Pass profiles without a photo will not be printed. Passes will be printed with the photograph we have on file at the time of printing. Once the pass is printed there is a $10 REPRINT FEE regardless of the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase.

Season Pass Stored Credit Policy

• Season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and sold on a NON-REFUNDABLE BASIS.
• WMR will make reasonable considerations for a stored credit request due to:
  1. An injury or medical condition with note from a medical professional indicating an inability to ski or ride for the remainder of the season;
  2. Military deployment;
  3. Pass-holder is required to move more than 150 miles out of the area due to work.
• NO OTHER REASONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
• Supporting documentation must be supplied at the time of request for reimbursement.  Requests submitted without supporting documentation will automatically be disqualified and a new submission will be required.
• Qualifying requests will be subject to our pass credit policy
• See detailed policy and to submit a request at Pass Credit Policy. Submission of a request does not guarantee a credit will be approved.
• Please note: Only Season passes with fewer than 8 uses will be considered for stored credit. Requests with more than 8 uses will be automatically denied.

Winter 2025/26 Passholders get the perks: (Details to come)

If you plan to uphill at the mountain this winter, and are not purchasing a 25/26 Season Pass you will need to purchase this uphill access pass for the season.

Please visit the Guest Information and Services Department at the Base Lodge, 2nd Floor Main Ticket Office to pick up your uphill pass prior to your first skin up.

If you have purchased a 25/26 Winter Season Pass the uphill access is free, however you must have a separate pass. Please inquire with Guest Information and Services in the Base lodge about getting your free uphill pass.
