Do you sell out of lift tickets?
No. We do not limit our lift ticket sales. You can walk-up and purchase tickets on the day of your arrival. However, the further in advance you purchase tickets the greater the discount you may receive. Advanced ticket purchases only available online, no phone sales.
Can I change who is going to use the ticket at a later date?
No. You must assign each ticket to an individual. Tickets are non-transferable. ID is required at the time of redemption.
Can I change my ticket start date? If I buy a multi-day lift ticket, do I have to use it consecutively? What does 2 out of 3 days or 3 out of 4 days mean? Can I add an additional day to my multi-day ticket? Do multi-day tickets include night skiing? How do I get the greatest discount on a lift ticket? Do I need to purchase a ticket if I am a frequent skier card holder (DTL)? Does my child under 6 years of age need a lift ticket?
No. If it is 48 hours or more prior to your ticket start date you may request a refund. At that point, we recommend you revisit our store to purchase tickets for the date(s) you desire.
No. All Multi-Day Tickets include 1 'rest' day beginning on the ticket start date.
All Multi-Day Tickets include 1 'rest' day beginning on the ticket start date. For example, if you buy your 3-day ticket to start on Friday, you have the flexibility to choose which 3 days of the next 4 days you want to ski. The ticket will be good Friday through Monday for 3 days of skiing.
If you decide you want to ski longer than planned, you can purchase additional days at the window multi-day rate as long as you do so prior to your ticket expiration date.
No. Multi-day tickets are valid 9am-4pm. You will need to purchase an additional night ticket. Swing shift is not available on multi-day tickets. No exceptions.
Discounts available vary. Not all tickets qualify for discounts. Depending on how far in advance and inventory sold for the date and duration of your visit, it is possible to secure up to 33% off ticket rates. Discounted tickets are only available online.
No. Our frequent skier cards are Direct-to-Lift. You can go straight to the lift with your DTL Card. Credit card on file will be charged first scan of the day.
Yes. Children 6 and under always ski free at Whitefish Mountain Resort, however they must have a lift ticket.
Do I have to show my ticket at the lift?
Yes. We are not RFID, tickets must be out and are scanned at every lift.
How do I get my lift ticket(s)?
Valid ID REQUIRED for the redemption of tickets purchased.
Based on additional products purchased, tickets may be redeemed at different locations:
• Lift ticket(s) only? Ticket windows are located at the Base Lodge or at the shack near the bottom of Chair 2.
• Puchase includes daycare or ski/ride and play? Kid center in the Base Lodge.
• Purchase includes rentals? Go directly to the rental shop they will have your lift tickets.
Refund Policy
Refunds for tickets will only be honored 48 hours or more ahead of your start date. Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the start date.
